Inventor is 3D mechanical and product design, documentation and simulation software that supports DP (Digital Prototyping).

Inventor training course is very useful for Mechanical Engineers, Product Designers, Production Engineers, Mechatronics Engineers etc.

In the Inventor, you can create Assembly, clear and accurate Drawings, Parametric modelling, Visualizations and collaborate with team.

Topics Covered
Each day our trainer will teach you a topic and you will get assignments for hands-on practices. At the end you will be assigned a project to get holistic view of the Inventor Pro.

Week 1
Introduction to Digital Prototyping (DP), Design Environment, Multi-CAD Environment, 2D sketches, Geometric Constraints, Dimensioning sketches, Creating Basic Shapes.

Week 2
Create and Edit Parametric Parts, 3D Grip Editing, Creating Work Features, Creating Chamfers and Fillets, Creating Holes and Threads, Patterning and Mirroring Features, Creating Thin-Walled Parts, Free form modeling, Plastic part Design.

Week 3
Sheet metal Design, Assembly Design, Placing Components in an Assembly, Constrain Components, Basic Part Design in an Assembly, Assembly Joints, Analysis and Motion Tools, Presenting Your Assembly, Generating BOM, Drawing Creation, Section Views, Detail Views, Crop Views, Managing Views

Week 4
Frame Generator and Design Tool, Tube and Pipe Design, Weldment Assembly, Dimensioning Techniques, Revision Tables, Part, Assembly and Frame analysis, Visualization with Rendering

Week 5
Doing a hands-on project.
